CLConnect 2024 was more than just an event—it was a celebration of innovation, collaboration, and the vibrant spirit that powers CloudLIMS.
This annual event is all about bringing CLites together to celebrate achievements, teamwork, and talent. The day was filled with company presentations, cultural performances, awards, and unalloyed fun. It showcased the hard work, creativity, and community spirit that drive our company forward.
Our COO, Shonali Paul, kicked off the event with a warm welcome and an inspiring presentation on the company’s achievements and future vision. She highlighted the crucial role each CLite plays in our success, and her words resonated with everyone. After that, Senior Product Manager, Aditi Gade, energized the audience with her presentation about exciting new product updates and innovations. Our Project Manager, Anurag Mittal, followed with insights on our product growth strategies through third-party integrations to improve user experience and interoperability.
The new CLites who joined us this year once again received a warm welcome from the CL Family. It was wonderful to see so many new faces, each bringing new skills and energy to our growing team. The recognition made them further feel a part of the CloudLIMS family.
The celebration then shifted to cultural performances. Kaushik and Rupanjan delivered a powerful musical performance that captivated the audience. Shubhangi, Aditi, and Charmi followed with an energetic dance that electrified the atmosphere. Ashish kept the crowd laughing with his hilarious stand-up comedy act, and Badri’s soulful flute performance provided a calming balance to the night’s excitement.
Fun games throughout the evening sparked friendly competition, creating a lively atmosphere that encouraged team bonding across the company.
The night’s highlight was the ‘Beacon of the Year Awards,’ which honored top performers who went above and beyond during the year. Shonali Paul presented the awards, acknowledging the winners for their hard work and dedication. It was a proud moment for everyone, reinforcing our values of excellence and commitment.
Next, we enjoyed a beautiful photobook memory video that took us on a nostalgic journey through our past events, from cultural celebrations and outings to Fun Fridays. It was a reminder of the joy and oneness that make CloudLIMS special.
Before the evening ended, Shonali presented tokens of appreciation to all the performers, recognizing their efforts both on stage and at work. We then hit the dance floor, celebrating the success of the event with music, laughter, and fun. The night ended with a scrumptious and mouth watering dinner, giving everyone a chance to come together and reflect on the wonderful evening.
CL Connect 2024 was a huge success, filled with laughter, music, recognition, and a sense of oneness. We are incredibly grateful to everyone who took part, especially the performers, presenters, organizers, and our beloved CLites. As we look forward to next year, we’re excited to make CL Connect 2025 even more memorable. We couldn’t have done it without you!
