It was a proud and memorable experience for our Human Resources team to be part of the grand finale of ‘Anubhav’, a Live Project event organized for MBA first-year students at Shri Vaishnav Institute of Management & Science (SVIMS). We were honored to have our Human Resource Manager, Mr. Vinit Raghuvanshi, represent us as a judge alongside Dr. Deepak Jain.
This incredible event offered students a platform to showcase their creativity, problem-solving abilities, and innovative thinking by tackling real-world business challenges. The enthusiasm and passion displayed by the students were truly inspiring. Every project reflected their dedication, hard work, and ability to think critically and communicate effectively.
We extend our heartfelt gratitude to Mr. Saurabh Upadhyay for inviting us to be part of this initiative. A special thanks to Dr. George Thomas, Director of SVIMS, for his visionary leadership behind ‘Anubhav’, and to Dr. Mandip Gill for her impeccable organization and warm hospitality. Their collective efforts in shaping and empowering future leaders through this platform deserve immense appreciation.
Judging the projects was a challenging yet rewarding experience. The competition was intense, with every team bringing unique ideas and approaches to the table. Some teams stood out for their creativity, others for their in-depth analysis, and a few for their exceptional execution and presentation skills. The winners demonstrated remarkable talent and innovation, earning well-deserved recognition.
However, the event wasn’t just about winning. Every participant displayed remarkable enthusiasm, dedication, and a willingness to learn and grow. Watching their journey of learning and development throughout the event was truly rewarding. These students are not only preparing for the future, they are actively shaping it.
