  1. Configurable Invoice Templates: Now, you can create and save invoice templates for different types of service requests such as sample purchase, sample storage, and sample testing. You can set up templates with your preferred page dimensions, header, footer, common invoice details, and user notes to auto-fill details in your invoices, cutting down on repetitive manual data entry. Furthermore, you can add and save your signature to any template to avoid signing invoices manually, saving time. You can save multiple templates for each type of service request, update them as needed, delete old ones, and even set your favorite as the default. This feature eliminates the repetitive task of entering the same information over and over while generating invoices, expediting your billing process.  
  2. Easily Manage Tasks with New Status Filters: With CloudLIMS’ new task status filters, you can easily sort tasks by their status—pending, accepted, or rejected. This feature introduces three new status filters that will make managing your tasks easier than ever: With the “Pending” filter, quickly find all your pending requests in one place; see all the requests you have accepted with the “Accepted” filter; view all your rejected requests effortlessly with the “Rejected” filter. So, in addition to filtering tasks based on where the request came from (the Patient Portal, Client Portal, or licensed users of your lab), you can now also filter tasks based on the status. Simply select your desired filter, and the relevant requests will be displayed in reverse chronological order.

Redefine Customer Experience with Our Enhanced Client Portal: We’ve completely revamped CloudLIMS’ client portal introducing new sections and subsections to enhance your customers’ experience and enable them to use the portal more efficiently. The portal’s new dashboard provides a clear graphical overview of essential data, allowing customers to quickly see the total number of samples, orders placed, and associated sample information at a glance. With the “Submit Order” button on the dashboard, placing orders is easier than ever before. The Orders section of the portal allows users to check sample testing status in real-time. We have also introduced dedicated sections for Reports and Invoices. Now, your customers can access reports quickly using the Reports section and can view all the billing information in one convenient place. The new “Contact Support” section can be linked to your lab’s website so it redirects customers to the contact section on your website for easy access to customer support whenever needed.
  4. Effortlessly Share Test Reports in MS Excel File Format: Now, when you export your test reports in XLS format, they are posted right next to their PDF versions on the reports page. These reports are hyperlinked under the Reports column and can be accessed by a simple click. You can also easily share these XLS reports with your clients, patients, or physicians by publishing them to the patient and provider portals. This functionality offers you the flexibility to report test results in your preferred file format, enabling you to better cater to the reporting requirements of your clients or regulatory bodies. 
  5. Set Your Preference to Send Test Validation Emails: With this feature, the master administrator can configure how to deliver the test validation requests to an approver. If the “Individual” option is selected, and a lab technician sends two tests for validation, the approver will receive two distinct emails. On the other hand, if an approver or master administrator prefers a more consolidated approach, they can select the “Combined” option. By selecting the “Combined” option, the approver will receive a single email that lists all the tests together. This means less clutter in the inbox and everything in one place. Furthermore, each test validation request email will include the “Sample ID [External]” information, if available, for every test, making it easy for approvers to track and reference specific samples for which validation was requested.
