+

CloudLIMS, an advanced SaaS, in the cloud LIMS with zero upfront cost, accelerates biobanking, clinical, research, and testing laboratory operations by efficiently managing laboratory data, automating laboratory workflows, and following regulatory compliance, such as ISO/IEC 17025:2017, ISO 20387:2018, EU GDPR, 21 CFR part 11, HIPAA among others. The new version of CloudLIMS, version 1.92, is equipped with user friendly enhancements to enable analytical testing laboratories, such as cannabis, agriculture, F&B, to better meet the data management requirements. The highlights of this version are enhanced trend analysis, the ability to filter inventory records based on their expiry status and selectively display modules of interest.

  • Enhanced Trend Analysis: You can now generate a trend analysis report for up to five attributes of an analyte across a set of test results. You can define the shape and color of the data points, style and color of the data line for each attribute, enabling you to create a professional report. The new improved trend analysis functionality helps you to comprehensively analyze trends by comparing the results of an analyte for multiple attributes across a set of test results using a style of your preference.
  • Filter Inventory Records: You can now filter laboratory inventory items based on their expiry status. This functionality enables you to quickly display obsolete and valid inventory items and take necessary action if required, for example, discard and replenish obsolete inventory items. Furthermore, you can configure the inventory filter to selectively display inventory items per your preference.
  • Selectively Display Module Types: You can now show or hide various modules types present in CloudLIMS per your preference. For example, you can hide an obsolete test type or a sample type that you do not want to see. This functionality enables you to selectively display only relevant types in CloudLIMS.
  • Configure Decimal Places: You can now configure the number of decimal places for representing a numeric value. Based on the number of decimal places configured for a numeric attribute, the numeric value is automatically rounded off. This functionality enhances the precision of representing numeric values, for example, test results, which may further be used for calculations using formula expressions.
