2018 National Environmental Monitoring Conference (NEMC): Meet CloudLIMS

CloudLIMS is delighted to participate in the National Environmental Monitoring Conference (NEMC) 2018. The event will be held from August 6-10, 2018, at the Hyatt Regency in New Orleans, Louisiana. Hundreds of delegates from across the world are expected to attend this five-day conference featuring over 180 presentations and posters, training, and exhibitions to showcase the cutting-edge innovations in environmental monitoring. Our CEO, Mr. Arun Apte, is delivering a 30-minute talk titled “Achieving ISO 17025 Compliance using LIMS” on August 8, 2018, from 4:00 PM-4:30 PM. The talk illustrates the indispensable role of an environmental LIMS in achieving ISO 17025 compliance, a regulatory requirement of water, soil and air testing laboratories. We are also presenting a poster titled “Leveraging Configurable Laboratory Information Management System Delivering Improved Quality And Productivity For Environmental Testing Laboratories”. The poster, ID 57, will be on display on August 6, 2018 (5:30 PM-7:00 PM), August 7, 2018 (8:00 AM-5:00 PM), and on August 8, 2018 (8:00 AM-3:30 PM). The poster focuses on the role of a configurable LIMS in meeting the data management requirements of different types of environmental testing laboratories, automating laboratory workflows, minimizing turnaround times, and assuring the quality of all laboratory aspects. Mr. Apte will be happy to meet you and answer any questions that you may have.

NEMC is focused on environmental measurements and is held annually as a part of the Environmental Measurement Symposium. The latter is a joint meeting of the NEMC and The NELAC Institute (TNI)’s Forum on Environmental Accreditation. The NEMC conference provides a unique platform for scientists and managers from federal and state agencies, academia, laboratory and engineering support communities, to discuss regulatory challenges and initiatives, policies and technical issues influencing environmental monitoring, learn and share new monitoring approaches and technologies.
